Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 7 business days

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the USA. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain products or locations.

4. Tracking Orders

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

8. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse locations.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order ships in multiple shipments.

9. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship once available. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, items may ship separately.
